Last May 17, 2011, a Federal Phoenix contingent comprised of employees, agents and brokers made their way to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.  Their destination . . . Las Vegas Nevada . . . “sin city”.

This group of agents and brokers is none other than the top producers of the Company who are celebrating their success in 2010.

The itinerary of the tour was quite hectic and much of the first couple of days were spent moving.  It was a tiring trek.  However, it was a good thing that there were pit stops and . . . yes . . . much, much food.  We found ourselves eating, eating and eating again.  Much to the dismay of those on a diet!  But hey . . . we are on vacation aren’t we?

The highlight of the trip is a tour of the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam.  Since many of the participants will be seeing these sights for the first time, there was much anticipation and excitement in the journey.  And, the Grand Canyon did not disappoint, it was indeed a sight to behold.

The other highlight was of course . . . shopping at the Outlet Stores!  Shop till you drop was the battle cry!  Not just the ladies but the gentlemen too.  It was not too much of a surprise when we realized that our luggage count for “check-in” for the trip back to Manila easily doubled.

All in all, the tour was fun and an enormous success. The bonding among the Federal Phoenix family was also truly memorable.  We are looking forward to next year where we hope to experience another unforgettable trip with friends.
